Consulting
I bring an unusual combination to organisational work: a background in both economics and psychology. Having studied and worked in both gives me a different lens, a greater understanding of business problems and person-bound problems at the same time.
My training is in work and organisational psychology, with a focus on evidence-based methods. The areas I work with are:
- Recruitment & selection — structuring processes that improve fit between person and role
- Leadership development — creating conditions for sustainable, motivating leadership
- Team dynamics — identifying what's getting in the way of collaboration and performance
- Psychosocial work environment — mapping and improving how people experience their workplace
- Organisational change — integrating business goals with employee wellbeing
I'm actively building my consulting practice and am open to projects of varying scope — from single engagements to longer collaborations. If you're curious whether there's a fit, the easiest thing is to reach out directly.
