Consulting
I come with a unique perspective to organisations, with a background in economics and psychology. Having studied and worked in both fields has given me a different way of seeing what unfolds, a deeper understanding of the difficulties that organisations and the individuals within them face.
I have training in work and organisational psychology, with a focus on evidence-based methods, at Stockholm University. The areas I work with are:
- Recruitment & selection — structuring processes that improve fit between person and role
- Leadership development — creating conditions for sustainable, motivating leadership
- Team dynamics — identifying what's getting in the way of collaboration and performance
- Psychosocial work environment — mapping and improving how people experience their workplace
- Organisational change — integrating business goals with employee wellbeing
